Gwynedd Shipping Group Holyhead Office
Holyhead serves as Gwynedd Shipping's Head Office and covers an area of land close to 5 acres. We are located just 2 minutes away from the ferry terminal and have facilities for the storage of close to 50 trailers onsite.
The offices were opened in the mid 1980's on this site with only 2 staff working from a portakabin. More land has been added as the company has expanded to enlarge operations including more trailer storage facilities and a vehicle maintenance depot housing a shot blast and spraying booth for the reconditioning of trailers.
We also carry out all our servicing and repairs on site. We employ 10 garage staff who maintain a fleet of in excess of 800 trailers. All the trailers annual MOT's are contracted to J.B.Rawcliffe.
Continuing to Expand
During 2007 we completed the expansion of our main office building adding the facility to house several additional members of our operational staff. We have also added significant vehicle tracking resources and extended our staff car parking facilities.
